How to delete your SMS Virtual account
You can delete your account right in the app in three steps. No support request is needed.

Open your profile
On the “My numbers” screen, tap the profile button in the top-right corner.

Tap “Delete Account”
In the panel that opens, tap “Delete Account” below the “Sign Out” button.

Confirm the deletion
Tap “Yes, delete”. Your account and all its data are removed with no way to recover them.
What gets deleted
- Your account and the e-mail linked to it
- The history of received SMS and your active numbers
- Your balance and transaction history — the remaining balance is not refunded
Deletion is immediate and irreversible. If you can no longer sign in to the app, message support in the web app chat and we will delete the account for you.
